Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
Eager to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with technical solutions.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship; relocation support may be available.

Responsibilities

Process Engineering & Optimization: improve designs, streamline processes, and enhance quality using data analytics.
Converting & Packaging Engineering: assist with web-processing, packaging lines, and new equipment integration.
Control Systems Engineering: support automation, industrial networks, and robotics integration.
Manufacturing Project Support: contribute to capital projects from concept to execution.
Capability Building: support safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
