Job summary

P&G's Cincinnati Chemicals Plant is offering a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) embedded in the Product Supply team to tackle real engineering challenges and optimize processes. You'll work on process optimization, data analytics, and capital-project support, learning from experienced mentors while contributing to safety, quality, and digital manufacturing initiatives.

This on-site program requires enrollment in an engineering bachelor's program, willingness to relocate for Summer

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029; rising juniors/seniors.
• Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills for technical solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship and adapt to project scope, schedule and cost.

Responsibilities

• Lead or significantly contribute to projects focused on process optimization and loss elimination.
• Apply data analytics (e.g., OEE, root cause analysis) to improve processes and product quality.
• Support convertion, packaging, and automation initiatives with 3D modeling and mechatronics where applicable.
• Assist with capital projects and new initiatives from concept to execution, managing scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Contribute to safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption within the Product Supply team.
