Procter & Gamble is seeking a motivated engineering student for a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) at the Cincinnati Chemicals Plant. You will join the Product Supply team to tackle real engineering problems, optimize processes, and collaborate with experienced mentors on transformative projects.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical field.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Demonstrated ability to manage timelines and drive results in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Engineeering & optimization: improve product designs and processes using data analytics.
• Support packaging lines and equipment integration with 3D modeling and mechatronics.
• Assist with automation, robotics, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
• Contribute to capital projects from concept to execution.
• Promote safety, quality, and operational excellence.
