Procter & Gamble invites rising engineers to a 12-week internship at our US Engineering centers, including Boston area sites. You will work with R&D and Manufacturing teams on cutting-edge technologies, from automation to packaging and process development, gaining hands-on experience on real projects.

Qualified students will be enrolled in an engineering degree with an anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029, and must be willing to relocate for summer opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in a relevant engineering field.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029; rising Juniors/Seniors.
• Project mindset: eager to contribute, manage timelines, drive results.
• Technical curiosity with analytical problem-solving skills and PLC basics.
• Leadership & collaboration: strong teamwork and communication.
• Agility & drive: adaptable to changing scopes and schedules.
• Availability: able to complete a 12-week internship May–Aug 2027.
• Mobility: willing to relocate for Summer 2027 and beyond.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to Intelligent Controls & Automation, AI/ML for process control.
• Assist Mechanical Design to develop equipment; prototyping and testing.
• Support Converting & Packing engineering initiatives and packaging projects.
• Collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing to scale processes and validate materials.
• Assist Instrumentation & Metrology tasks for quality control and measurement.
