Job summary
Procter & Gamble invites highly motivated engineering students to join a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) at our Cincinnati Chemicals Plant. You will be embedded in the Product Supply team, tackling real engineering problems, optimizing processes, and collaborating with veterans on impactful projects that advance P&G brands.

Qualifications
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Engineering or related technical field.
- Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
- Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Assist in Process Engineering & Optimization to improve product designs and reduce inefficiencies.
- Support Converting & Packaging Engineering for packaging lines and equipment integration.
- Assist Control Systems Engineering with automation systems and robotics integration.
- Contribute to Manufacturing Project Support from concept to execution, tracking scope, schedule and deliverables.
- Support Capability Building in safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
