Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
- Eagerness to contribute to projects and manage timelines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Able to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to technical solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead or significantly contribute to projects focused on process optimization and capability building.
- Support methods for loss elimination and quality improvements using data analytics.
- Assist development of packaging and conversion engineering solutions as needed.
- Support capital projects and initiatives from concept to execution, managing scope and schedules.
- Collaborate with Product Supply teams to drive safety, quality, and operational excellence.
