Procter & Gamble (P&G) invites you to join its Summer 2027 Manufacturing Internship at the Cincinnati Chemicals Plant. This 12-week program embeds you in the Product Supply team to tackle real engineering problems and optimize processes using data analytics.

You'll work with experienced mentors on projects that impact safety, quality, and efficiency while gaining exposure to advanced manufacturing, automation, and digital tooling.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Eagerness to contribute to projects, learn about managing timelines, and drive results in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Ability to complete a 12 week internship between May and August 2027.
• Ability to relocate for the Summer 2027 internship and willingness to relocate throughout your career. Relocation support available to those who qualify.

Responsibilities

• Process Engineering & Optimization: Develop solutions to improve product designs, streamline processes, and enhance quality using data analytics.
• Converting & Packaging Engineering: Support development of web-processing and equipment solutions, optimize packaging lines, aid new equipment integration.
• Control Systems Engineering: Support automation systems, industrial networks, and robotics integration.
• Manufacturing Project Support: Contribute to capital projects from concept to execution, managing scope and schedule.
• Capability Building: Support safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
