Procter & Gamble in the United States is offering a 12-week Manufacturing Internship for rising engineers. You will join our Product Supply teams at a plant location, tackling real engineering problems and optimizing processes in a hands-on environment.

You will learn from mentors, gain exposure to advanced manufacturing, and contribute to projects that impact global brands. Open to relocation and dates May–August 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2027–Spring 2029.
• Willing to complete a 12-week internship May–August 2027.
• Able to relocate for the Summer 2027 internship.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead or contribute to process optimization projects in manufacturing.
• Apply data analytics (e.g., OEE, root cause analysis) to improve processes.
• Support packaging, automation, and control system projects.
• Collaborate with Product Supply teams and mentors.
