Job summary
P&G's Cincinnati chemicals plant invites engineering students to join a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027). You’ll be embedded in the Product Supply team, tackling real engineering challenges, optimizing processes, and applying data analytics on live projects with senior mentors.

Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field.
- Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
- Eagerness to contribute to projects, learn to manage timelines, and drive results.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with technical curiosity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
Responsibilities
- Assist with process engineering and optimization projects, using data analytics to improve efficiency.
- Support packaging, conversions, and equipment integration activities.
- Assist with automation, control systems, and digital manufacturing initiatives.
- Contribute to capital projects from concept through execution, tracking scope and schedule.
- Build safety, quality culture and digital solution adoption.
