Job summary

Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Manufacturing Internship (Summer 2027) embedded in our Product Supply teams at a plant location in the Cincinnati area. You’ll tackle real engineering problems, optimize processes, and gain exposure to cutting-edge manufacturing technology.

We seek students currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Engineering or related discipline with strong analytical and collaborative skills, and a willingness to relocate for the summer.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead or significantly contribute to process optimization projects.
• Support loss elimination and capability building initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Supply teams on automation and data analytics.
• Assist with capital projects and new initiatives from concept to execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and continuous improvement practices are applied.
