Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Anticipated graduation date between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029.
Demonstrated project mindset to manage timelines and drive results.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with basic control concepts.
Leadership, collaboration, and effective communication in diverse teams.
Willingness to relocate and complete a 12-week internship between May and August 2027.
Ability to relocate for Summer 2027 internship; mobility supported.

Responsibilities

Intelligent Controls & Automation: support design and AI/ML for process control.
Mechanical Design & Development: develop equipment from modeling to prototyping.
Converting & Packing Engineering: refine packaging and material conversion tech.
Manufacturing Process Development: scale up processes and optimize lines.
Instrumentation & Metrology: support precision instrumentation for QC.
Robotics Engineering: contribute to robotics solutions for manufacturing tasks.
Environmental & Civil Engineering: assist site infra and environmental projects.
