Procter & Gamble is offering a 12-week Manufacturing Internship for Summer 2027 in the US. You will work within the Product Supply team on real engineering problems, optimizing processes, and collaborating with experienced professionals on projects that impact P&G brands.

You will gain hands-on experience with state-of-the-art manufacturing and advanced technology, receiving mentorship and exposure to leadership development opportunities in a dynamic, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Anticipated graduation Winter 2027 to Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative abilities.
• Willingness to relocate for Summer 2027 internship.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions to improve product designs and processes using data analytics.
• Support packaging and automation projects with 3D modeling and mechatronics principles.
• Assist with automation, robotics, and control systems for digital manufacturing.
• Contribute to capital projects and continuous improvement initiatives from concept to execution.
• Support safety, quality, training, and digital solution adoption.
