• Pursuing an engineering degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Food Process, or related fields
• Majoring in Milling Science, Food Science, or related degree for MEA Milling roles
• Graduating Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
