Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Engineering degree in Chemical, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, Food Process or Biological/Biosystems/Agricultural, or related degree.
- Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Strong academic record and leadership potential.
Responsibilities
- Build capability through exposure to processing, packaging and manufacturing systems.
- Gain front-line exposure to 24/7 production to drive improvements and reduce losses.
- Lead and coach Operators, Technicians and Mechanics to develop leadership skills.
- Manage programs for capital projects, new system startups or initiative leadership.
