Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
• Graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
• Strong academic record and leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Build capability through exposure to processing, packaging, and manufacturing systems.
• Gain front-line exposure to 24/7 production and drive improvements.
• Learn from Operators, Technicians, and Mechanics to develop leadership skills.
• Manage programs for capital project ownership, startups, or initiative leadership.
