Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, math or hard science.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
• Experience delivering electromechanical hardware in resource-constrained environments.
• Experience integrating large complex assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of new electromechanical products from NPI to high-volume production, ensuring DFM/DFA and scalable supply chain processes.
• Drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, reduce costs, and elevate product quality on existing lines.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize throughput and cut costs while maintaining quality.
• Lead installation, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing systems and equipment.
• Identify and implement automation to streamline manufacturing workflows and boost capacity.
• Develop detailed process flows, subassemblies, and SOPs to ensure repeatable production at scale.
