Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to champion Design for Manufacturing and review manufacturing plans for complex systems. The role supports manufacturing development on strategic programs and distills vision into actionable initiatives across sites.

You will lead engineering and operations improvements, collaborate with product design, supply chain, and quality teams, and drive standardized yet adaptable processes for scalable production.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or related fields.
• 6+ years of experience overall in relevant domains.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to implement or improve products, tools, or manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience transitioning new products and/or production systems from development to full-scale production.
• Business mindset with a process-oriented approach.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering initiatives from ideation to pilot rollout.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to understand pain points and workflows.
• Share best practices across global manufacturing teams via trainings and templates.
• Engage cross-functionally with design, supply chain, and EHS teams.
• Own new processes for scalable manufacturing engineering solutions.
• Assess feasibility and risk for new manufacturing projects and align milestones.
