Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for Electromagnetic Warfare in Irvine, CA. You will own parts of the manufacturing value chain, drive process improvements, and partner with Quality to reduce defects while supporting hardware development and scale‑up.

You will collaborate with Design Engineering on DFx for smooth NPI transitions and work with contract manufacturers to establish repeatable, scalable processes. A technical degree and hands‑on hardware experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in a technical field (engineering, math, or hard science).
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.
• Experience reviewing harness or PCBA designs.

Responsibilities

• Own part of the manufacturing value chain including assembly, integration and test for electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Lead Kaizen events and drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with Product Quality Engineering to drive RCCA burndowns and address issues.
