Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to scale electromechanical hardware for defense systems. You will own manufacturing processes, lead DFM/DFA improvements, and manage transitions from prototype to high‑volume production.

You will collaborate across design, quality, and operations to ensure cost, schedule, and reliability targets are met, while driving automation and detailed process documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing or design of electromechanical hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead transition of new electromechanical products from NPI to high-volume production.
• Drive continuous improvement for existing production lines and processes.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes to maximize throughput and quality.
• Lead projects for installation, commissioning, and validation of new manufacturing systems.
• Identify and implement automation to streamline processes and increase capacity.
• Develop detailed manufacturing process flows and SOPs.
• Maintain PLM data with BOM ownership and change control in systems like Teamcenter.
• Collaborate with design, QA, production, software, and program management for product realization.
