- Support battery production on the floor, troubleshoot equipment, and analyze issues.
- Improve OEE and reduce defects through data-driven methods.
- Lead complex troubleshooting, review CAD drawings, and implement countermeasures on production lines.
- Develop and present SOPs and work instructions for new processes.
