Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer III to lead high-speed manufacturing initiatives at the Kansas facility. You will work on engineering changes, process improvements, and on-site troubleshooting to maintain top-tier production performance.

The role requires strong CAD skills, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions and increased equipment effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with 3D CAD, drawings, MPI, P&IDs.

Responsibilities

• Support production on the factory floor and troubleshoot equipment.
• Analyze production data to improve quality and reduce defects.
• Optimize overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and productivity.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and mentor engineers.
• Prepare clear work instructions and SOPs.
