Job summary

Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America is seeking a Process Engineer II to drive process improvements, improve defect rates, and optimize cell manufacturing. You will develop strategies, manage resources, and partner with maintenance, quality, and other engineering teams to implement robust countermeasures.

The role requires 2–4 years in process/manufacturing engineering, strong data analysis, root-cause problem solving, and effective communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of process/manufacturing engineering experience.
• Engineering in manufacturing environment and ability to train operators.
• Knowledge of FTA, FMEA, and process parameter identification.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects focusing on defect reduction and efficiency.
• Develop and implement process strategies and SOPs.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and other engineering teams.
• Analyze data, diagnose root causes, and implement countermeasures.
• Support manufacturing with countermeasures and standard work.
• Monitor processes to meet specifications and drive continuous improvement.
