Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work production shift schedules.
• Able to learn and perform machine/process troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering activities to ensure smooth operation.
• Assist with daily production support and optimize OEE.
• Troubleshoot real-time production problems to reduce defects.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with maintenance teams.
• Develop permanent countermeasures and standard work instructions.
• Apply data analysis and root cause methods to improve processes.
