Panasonic Energy Corporation of North America (PECNA) is seeking ambitious engineers to lead lithium-ion battery manufacturing initiatives. You’ll drive continuous improvement, analyze data, and optimize processes for high-speed automated lines at the Gigafactory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience with CAD drawings, PAPs, MPI and P&IDs.
• Able to train operators on new processes and tooling.
• Strong fault analysis and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing on the floor, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Analyze production data to reduce defects and improve OEE.
• Lead complex troubleshooting and engineering change initiatives.
• Develop and review SOPs and work instructions.
• Project manage rollout of new countermeasures into lines.
