Qualifications

• Basic/Required: High School diploma or GED
• B.S./M.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities

• Support Panasonic’s Battery Manufacturing Engineering team to ensure world-class production runs smoothly.
• Work with maintenance to coordinate reactive to preventative activities.
• Improve OEE to increase productivity and reduce defects.
• Develop clear work instructions and SOPs for processes.
