Your Talent Team in Savannah, GA is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design and optimize production processes at a large-scale plant. You will evaluate layout, workflow, and tooling to maximize efficiency, while leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methods and automation.

The role reports to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager and requires a BA, tooling/automation experience, and strong project management skills. Typical hours are 8–5 with possible overtime.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to use 3D modeling software (SolidWorks) and Microsoft Office.
• Must have tooling experience
• Project management experience required to run projects in their entirety
• Automation experience including robotics and PLCs.
• Experience as a manufacturing engineer in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Foundry experience is desired; applicable to various casting or finishing processes.
• Must be authorized to work indefinitely in the USA without sponsorship.

• Design production tooling using 2D & 3D software (SolidWorks).
• Implement productivity improvements on current production lines.
• Perform root cause analysis using statistical methods and Lean tools.
• Design & implement production processes for new products and changes to existing products.
• Perform FMEAs on new and existing products.
