Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking engineering interns for a 12‑week program at the Boston Go & Tech Center. You will collaborate with R&D and Manufacturing teams on control systems, mechanical design, and packaging processes to deliver real engineering solutions.

Ideal candidates are pursuing an Engineering degree, with a graduation window of 2027–2029, and possess strong analytical, teamwork, and communication skills. Start between May and August 2027 with relocation support where needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in an Engineering or related technical discipline.
  • Anticipated graduation between Winter 2027 and Spring 2029 (rising Juniors/Seniors).
  • Eagerness to contribute to projects, manage timelines, and drive results in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with basic control concepts, sensors, motors, PLCs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Support design, development, and implementation of control systems and automation solutions.
  • Apply mechanical engineering principles to develop innovative equipment from modeling to prototyping.
  • Assist in refining material conversion and high‑speed packaging technologies.
  • Collaborate with R&D to scale up processes, validate materials, and optimize production lines.
  • Support instrumentation and metrology for quality control and measurement accuracy.
  • Contribute to robotics development and integration for manufacturing tasks.
  • Assist environmental and civil engineering efforts for sustainable site infrastructure.
