Job summary

SPR Packaging in Rockwall, TX seeks a dedicated Customer Service Liaison with 5+ years in manufacturing. You will process sales orders, coordinate specifications and delivery, resolve quality questions, and generate reports to support customers.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
5+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
Experience in packaging industry preferred.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel; SAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

Primary point of contact with sales representatives.
Sales order processing, including coordination of item specifications, production timing, delivery, and shipments.
Coordinate resolution of any quality questions or issues.
Reporting and analysis, providing information as required in support of customer.
Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
Assist with placement of orders, credits, returns and pickups.
Place or cancel orders and coordinate with proper departments.
Utilize ERP systems to communicate order status and shipping information.
Work closely with customer service colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered.
Assist in gathering information and generating reports.
Perform purchasing duties as required.
