Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in customer service within manufacturing or B2B, plus proficient use of ERP/order systems and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or a related B2B environment.
• Knowledge of corrugated packaging products, materials and manufacturing processes (preferred).
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple orders and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication to explain specs, lead times and order details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, building strong relationships.
• Process and manage customer orders from inquiry through production and delivery with accuracy.
• Collaborate with production, design, and logistics to ensure on-time ship and quality compliance.
• Provide customers with product recommendations, technical guidance, and solutions for packaging needs.
• Monitor order progress, communicate updates, and resolve issues to avoid delays.
• Enter and maintain data in the order management system, ensuring data integrity.
