Job summary

Smurfit WestRock is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Fort Worth, TX. You will act as the primary liaison among customers, sales, and operations, handling orders, inquiries, and pricing support.

Candidate should bring at least 5 years in customer service within manufacturing, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Overtime may be required, with a standard M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in customer service or related role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of operational procedures and systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Smurfit WestRock and serve as liaison between customers, sales and operations.
• Manage relationships with multiple customers and sales teams; fulfill orders and inquiries.
• Monitor order activity and inventory levels; communicate potential issues.
