Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 5+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing.
• Experience in packaging industry preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; SAP knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact with sales representatives.
• Sales order processing, including coordination of item specifications, production timing, delivery, and shipments.
• Coordinate resolution of any quality questions or issues.
• Reporting and analysis, providing information as required in support of customer.
• Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters.
• Resolve customer complaints via phone or email.
• Assist with placement of orders, credits, returns and pickups.
• Place or cancel orders and coordinate with proper departments.
• Utilize ERP systems to communicate order status and shipping information.
• Work closely with customer service colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer service is delivered.
• Assist in gathering information and generating reports.
• Perform purchasing duties as required.

Responsible for acting as a liaison between our Sales Representatives and our manufacturing plant in Rockwall.
