Responsibilities

• Manage designated customer accounts and relationships.
• Process sales orders via customer purchase orders with contract review and system entry.
• Provide support via phone and email on lead-time, availability, technical support and shipping information.
• Act as liaison with operations and field sales for customer priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, client relations and order entry.
