Responsibilities

• Manage designated customer accounts and relationships.

• Provide support via phone and email regarding lead-time, availability, technical support and shipping information.
• Act as liaison with operations and field sales for customer priorities.
• Take ownership of assigned accounts, client relationships and order entry.
