Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree with certifications and 2–4 years of progressive customer service experience.

• Experience with SAP and MS Office required.
• Familiarity with order-entry, EDI systems, and customer-service processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders through order-entry and EDI systems from receipt to delivery.
• Monitor inventory, open orders, shipments, and pickups to support timely fulfillment.
• Respond to inquiries about order status, estimates, cancellations, backorders, and changes.
• Investigate and resolve order, delivery, product, compliance, and customer-service issues with internal partners.
• Process and track Return to Vendor requests, fines, and related documentation.
