Job summary

MW Components, Inc. seeks a customer service professional in Columbus, OH to promptly respond to quotes and process orders across pricing, scheduling, engineering and quality teams.

You will monitor supplier sites, respond to RFQs and POs, and provide timely order status updates while coordinating with accounting on credit and invoicing. The role requires 4+ years in sales/customer service in manufacturing, strong communication, and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a sales/customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• High School or better.

Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to customer quote requests by coordinating with pricing, scheduling, engineering and quality teams.
• Process incoming orders and facilitate reviews and responses from pricing, scheduling, engineering and quality teams.
• Monitor customer supplier websites and respond promptly to RFQs, POs and other requests.
• Provide prompt responses to customer requests for order status, delivery dates, and expedited production; notify delays.
• Manage all forms of customer communication professionally and accurately, in writing and verbally.
• Coordinate with accounting on establishing customer credit, invoicing and past due balances.
• Support the organization’s values and drive our vision through additional duties as needed.
