Job summary

Contech Engineered Solutions LLC Career Center is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (CSC) in Ohio to manage the full order flow from quote through production release. You will be the primary inside contact for buying customers across multiple product lines, handling quotes, pricing, credit information, order processing, and aging resolution.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, plus proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• At least 1 year in customer service or sales, preferably with complex products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and collaboration ability.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire order flow from quote to production release.
• Serve as primary inside contact for buying customers across product lines.
• Handle account setup, pricing, quoting, credit information collection.
• Process orders and assist with aging resolution and receivables.
• Maintain project records and CRM data; support cross-functional teams.
• Develop deep knowledge of manufacturing processes and plant capabilities.
• Resolve invoicing or pricing inquiries and escalate issues as needed.
