Job summary

MW Components, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to bridge customers and internal teams, including production and purchasing.

You will enter and release orders, monitor open orders, and communicate status and requirements across the organization to meet customer needs. In a fast-paced manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will handle data entry, order management, and ERP-based tasks with accuracy, professionalism, and timely follow-through.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of customer service, order management, or related experience.
• Experience with data entry and/or customer order entry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage customer purchase orders, sales orders, and releases in the company system.
• Review orders for part numbers, revisions, quantities, pricing, and requirements.
• Monitor open orders; coordinate with Production and Purchasing for status updates.
• Communicate order status and shipment information to customers and outside sales reps.
• Serve as liaison between Customer Service, Production, Purchasing, Sales and other departments.
• Plan and enter production work orders based on customer needs.
