Job summary

MW Components, Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative in Missouri to promptly respond to quote requests, provide accurate quotations with exceptions, and enter and maintain customer orders and releases accurately.

You will ensure correct part number revisions match the system, track open orders with production and purchasing, answer calls professionally, and act as a liaison between production and customer service while upholding the company values.

Qualifications

High School diploma or higher.
Minimum 1 year in sales or customer service, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Promptly respond to customer quote requests with accurate quotations, noting any applicable exceptions.
Enter and maintain customer purchase orders and releases accurately.
Ensure the proper part number revision on the customer order matches the system.
Keep track of open order reports and check with production and purchasing on status of open orders.
Professionally answer incoming calls.
Be a liaison between production and customer service.
Any other duties needed to help drive our vision and abide by our organization’s values.
