You will lead a delivery team of senior controllers and accountants, set strategy, and drive growth with NPS, realization, and profitability as top metrics. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Proven executive-level financial advisory and client-relationship ownership.
• Deep expertise in service-based financial modeling, utilization and realization metrics, billing structures, and revenue recognition.
• Demonstrated track record of LMA: leading and developing accounting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship including realization, utilization, NPS, retention, and growth for your full book of professional service clients.
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor and relationship lead for business owners and executive teams.
• Deliver accurate and timely financials on budget for every client on your book.
• Develop and implement strategic financial plans aligned with each client's growth and profitability objectives.
• Lead financial modeling for pricing strategy, utilization optimization, capacity planning, and growth scenarios.
• Advise on partner or equity compensation structures.
• Develop long-range cash forecasts and capital allocation recommendations.
• Support M&A diligence, deal structuring, and integration planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' external partners including bankers, investors, and CPAs.
• Identify and act on expansion opportunities within your existing book.
• LMA: responsible for team member relationships, metrics, and outcomes across your delivery team.
• Interview and assess candidates for future roles within your team.
• Set the standard for work quality, client communication, and professional conduct across your team.
• Develop the people on your team through regular feedback, coaching, and intentional growth conversations.
• Hold team members accountable to quality, timeliness, and EOS commitments clearly and consistently.
