The Pivot Group Network is seeking an Accounts Payable / Receivable Specialist in Niles, MI. This manufacturing-focused role supports multiple local firms through our network, handling payments, reconciliations, and invoice processing.

Opportunities may arise with partner companies across Michigan's manufacturing regions. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AP/AR, proficiency with ERP software and Excel, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.
Two or more years of accounts payable or accounts receivable experience, ideally in manufacturing.
Proficiency with ERP or accounting software and intermediate Excel skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high volume transaction processing.
Clear written and verbal communication for vendor and internal follow up.
Working knowledge of three-way matching and standard AP and AR cycles.

Responsabilités

Apply customer payments to open invoices and reconcile cash receipts.
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due balances.
Reconcile vendor statements and monthly AP and AR ledger accounts.
Maintain vendor and customer master files and supporting documentation.
Process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving records.
Enter invoices and payment data into the accounting system.
Prepare and run weekly check and electronic payment runs.
