Prepare and run weekly check and electronic payment runs.

Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due balances.
Reconcile vendor statements and monthly AP and AR ledger accounts.
Maintain vendor and customer master files and supporting documentation.
Process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving records.
Enter invoices and payment data into the accounting system.

Proficiency with ERP or accounting software and intermediate Excel skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with high volume transaction processing.

Clear written and verbal communication for vendor and internal follow up.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or business preferred.

Two or more years of accounts payable or accounts receivable experience, ideally in manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Epicor.

Exposure to cost accounting or inventory related transactions.

Familiarity with sales and use tax and 1099 reporting.

Associate or bachelor degree in accounting, finance, or business.

Prior experience in a plant or production environment.
