Qualifications

• Three-way matching and standard AP/AR cycles knowledge.
• ERP or accounting software proficiency and intermediate Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume processing.
• Clear written and verbal communication for vendors and internal teams.
• High school diploma; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years AP/AR experience, ideally in manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and run weekly check and electronic payment runs.
• Apply customer payments to open invoices and reconcile cash receipts.
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments.
• Prepare accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on past due balances.
• Reconcile vendor statements and monthly AP and AR ledger accounts.
• Maintain vendor and customer master files and supporting documentation.
• Process vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving records.
• Enter invoices and payment data into the accounting system.
