You will manage an average of 10–15 current accounts and drive about $4M–$4.5M in annual revenue, using Grainger's Salesforce CRM to conduct daily tasks and business reviews. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 3+ years direct outside sales experience.
• Travel to customer sites at least monthly.
• Experience with sales forecasting and account planning.
• Ability to develop pipeline and grow market revenue.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer goals and respond to changing customer needs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of market data and resources to respond to developments in the customer's business.
• Oversee support of managed inventory tasks to increase contacts and sales within the customer group.
• Understand Grainger's Value Proposition by providing solutions to grow profitable sales.
• Develop account penetration strategies with regular business reviews for essential customers.
