Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Multicultural Casino Sales Executive to drive VIP marketing growth at our Las Vegas properties. This on-site role partners with VIP Hospitality to turn sales activity into seamless guest experiences and sustained customer relationships.

You’ll leverage casino systems and direct outreach to expand the coded player base, while aligning with the Sales/Service model to maximize trips and revenue.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak, read and write in Mandarin.
• One to three years hospitality or sales experience. (Experience with luxury brands preferred.)
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain coded player blocks through direct mail, email, and telemarketing.
• Coordinate personalized direct mailings for assigned markets.
• Ensure seamless hand-off of guest pre-trip itinerary to VIP Hospitality team.
• Uphold company policies, integrity, and compliance with regulations.
• Respond to coded customers and meet their needs.
• Contribute ideas to deliver business solutions and improve services.
• Communicate programs clearly to stakeholders and keep them informed.
• Prepare project plans to move initiatives forward.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of casino systems (LMS, CMS, Salesforce, EMS, Scheduler, Ticket Sage).
• Shadow outside employees/vendors as needed and share information.
• Stay informed about on-property happenings and market conditions.
• Master products/services and progress on new initiatives and bonus programs.
