Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an experienced VIP iGaming Executive Host to deliver white-glove service to our premium gaming customers. You will manage selected clients, drive VIP promotions, and coordinate gaming resources across Caesars properties nationwide.

Responsibilities include daily client outreach, data-driven reinvestment analysis, and collaboration with a cross-functional team to ensure top-tier guest experiences while maintaining compliance with gaming laws and company policies.

Qualifications

• Three+ years’ experience in Executive Hosting, preferably iGaming.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of iGaming required.
• Experience in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license in all Caesars jurisdictions.
• Must be able to commute to the office each day.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated book of business of high-value iGaming customers.
• Analyze and maintain proper player reinvestment ratios.
• Extend VIP-exclusive iGaming promotions.
• Build relationships through 40–50 calls per day.
• Strategically email/text offers, promotions and events.
• Educate guests on VIP benefits and gaming resources.
• Collaborate with the office team five days a week, Mon–Fri.
• Execute strategic marketing campaigns to enhance guest experience.
• Organize and arrange reservations to Caesars properties nationwide.
• Attend leadership meetings to stay supported and equipped.
