Caesars Entertainment is seeking a VIP Marketing Strategy professional to implement, execute, and measure VIP programs enterprise-wide. You will lead multiple direct reports, collaborate with casino marketers and operators, and provide strategic insights to optimize VIP performance.

You will guide VIP segmentation, monitor trends, support leadership with plans, and ensure enterprise standards are met, including travel to key properties as needed.

Competenze

• 3+ years of marketing experience with a solid understanding of financial drivers.
• Experience in casinos/hotels, customer service or host roles; luxury brands preferred.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead in tracking customer commitments and data trends; recommend process improvements.
• Manage implementation and adoption of new initiatives and policies.
• Ensure consistent use of tools, programs, and guidelines across the enterprise.
• Optimize revenues and efficiencies through effective contact and service strategy.
• Assist in defining VIP segmentation criteria and enforcing standards.
• Identify new opportunities via tools and capabilities such as RTCM and SMART.
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals aligned to strategy.
• Support property-level training so teams are proficient with tools and systems.
• Manage payment and incentive processes for VIP programs.
• Oversee hiring and contracts for hosts.
• Contribute to developing a yearly financial operating plan.
