Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the US; E-Verify employer.
• Mandarin Chinese reading and writing required.
• 1–2 years of POS experience required.
• Technical background in IT or related field.
• Onsite role in Flushing, NY.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, install, and configure software & hardware for deployment.
• Onboard and train new users for deployed software and hardware.
• Perform remote troubleshooting over the phone and through remote control tools.
• Identify and analyze issues for software and/or hardware.
• Partner with Operations and Sales to provide the best solution for POS inquiries.
• Collect feedback from end-users and work with the Development team for future product improvement.
• Assist in inventory tracking and management.
