Healthcare Arizona, the mattress manufacturing arm of MLILY, seeks a General Manager Assistant fluent in Mandarin to provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist in day-to-day operations at the Goodyear, AZ facility.

The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with core responsibilities including calendar management, reporting, budgeting support, and coordination of meetings within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin required or strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities are needed.

Responsibilities

• Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
• Managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
• Preparing and distributing reports and presentations.
• Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting.
• Coordinating meetings and events.
• Ordering and maintaining office supplies.
• Performing other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
