Job summary

HungryPanda Ltd熊猫外卖 is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist to drive merchant acquisition and revenue growth in targeted metro zones. You will identify top restaurants and retailers, pitch tailored digital solutions, and enable merchants to scale delivery revenue and brand reach.

You will map, prospect, and pitch high-potential merchants, conduct on-site visits, and negotiate terms for smooth onboarding.

Qualifications

Mandarin Chinese fluency required for partner with Asian merchant network.
Business English proficiency for internal and client communication.
1–3+ years in B2B field sales, merchant development or channel partnerships.
Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for local visits.

Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end merchant acquisition: map, prospect, and pitch high-potential merchants in designated territories.
Conduct on-site merchant visits, deliver ROI-driven presentations, negotiate terms, and onboard merchants.
Grow key accounts and optimize GMV by enhancing digital storefronts and order volumes.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on high-ROI campaigns and co-branded promotions.
Oversee onboarding configurations, POS integrations, and performance reporting.
Gather merchant insights and market trends to inform product iterations and regional strategy.
Coordinate with stakeholders across operations, marketing, and support; maintain mobility for field work.
