Job summary

HungryPanda Ltd 熊猫外卖 is seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive merchant acquisition and revenue expansion in designated markets. You will identify top restaurants and retail partners, pitch tailored digital solutions, and enable merchants to scale their delivery revenue and brand reach during rapid growth.

You will conduct on-site visits, present ROI, negotiate terms, onboard new partners, and collaborate with marketing and operations on campaigns.

Qualifications

• Native Mandarin Chinese is mandatory; professional working English is required.
• 1–3+ years of proven success in B2B field sales or merchant development.
• Experience in food tech, local commerce, or marketplace platforms is advantageous.
• Strong consultative selling, contract negotiation, and ability to meet revenue quotas.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Merchant Acquisition: map, prospect, and pitch merchants across territories.
• In-Person Field Pitching & Negotiation: on-site visits, ROI presentations, terms negotiation, onboarding.
• Key Account Growth & GMV Optimization: co-create growth roadmaps, optimize menus, drive GMV.
